DOUGLAS A. MACWRIGHT

Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. MacWright is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Highlander Capital Management, LLC (HCM), an SEC registered investment advisory firm based in Shorthills, New Jersey. He has over 29 years of direct investment management and banking experience.

Mr. MacWright is directly responsible for developing and implementing the firm's portfolio management strategies and has assembled and organized a team of senior investment professionals to manage high net worth client assets on its Separately Managed Account platform.

Mr. MacWright is also a principal of Highlander Capital Group, Inc., and has been its President and Chief Executive Officer since 1990. Highlander Capital Group, Inc., is a FINRA registered Broker/Dealer, and an affiliate of HCM. Mr. MacWright has extensive experience investing in commercial real estate, deal structuring and syndication. He is President of FIA Realty Group, Inc., Managing Member of Highlander Realty Advisors, LLC, and a principal and managing member of various real estate entities.

Mr. MacWright began his career in 1980 at the firm Ryan, Beck & Co., where he developed an expertise in analyzing and investing in bank and financial service companies.

Mr. MacWright has a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University.

ELLEN D. SANDLER

Senior Managing Director, Senior Portfolio Manager

Ms. Sandler is a Senior Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager of Highlander Capital Management (HCM). She has over 29 years of direct investment and portfolio management experience.

Ms. Sandler is directly responsible for the portfolio management of equity, tax-exempt and taxable fixed-income accounts. She constructs and maintains a wide range of portfolios, including income-oriented accounts, balanced accounts, and long-term growth accounts. In addition, Ms. Sandler manages several private partnerships that invest in the financial services sector. Prior to joining HCM, Ms. Sandler was a vice-president of sales for Smith Barney. Ms. Sandler began her career at Ryan, Beck and Co., where she developed an expertise in analyzing bank and financial service companies. Ms. Sandler is also a senior vice president of sales and an employee of Highlander Capital Group, Inc. Highlander Capital Group is a FINRA registered Broker/Dealer and is a member and an affiliate of HCM.

Ms. Sandler graduated Cum Laude from Harvard College.

ECKART A. WEECK

Senior Managing Director, Senior Portfolio Manager

Mr. Weeck is a Senior Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager of Highlander Capital Management (HCM). He has over 26 years of direct investment and portfolio management experience.

Mr. Weeck is directly responsible for portfolio management and analyses on behalf of a wide range of clients. Prior to joining HCM, Mr. Weeck held management positions with various regional brokerage firms. Mr. Weeck is a Senior Vice President of sales and an employee of Highlander Capital Group, Inc. Highlander Capital Group is a FINRA registered Broker/Dealer and an affiliate of HCM.

Mr. Weeck has a B.A. in Economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

RYAN B. MACWRIGHT

Research Analyst and Associate Portfolio Manager

Mr. MacWright is a Research Analyst and Associate Portfolio Manager for Highlander Capital Management, LLC. He joined the firm in 2007 and works with a team of professionals to identify and research unique value-oriented investment opportunities and strategies in the U.S. equity markets.He is also a Vice President of Highlander Capital Group, Inc. and Highlander Realty Advisors, LLC.

Mr. MacWright is the Managing Member of Highlander Futures Management, LLC (HFM). HFM is an investment fund that employs an array of option and equity trading strategies.

Mr. MacWright received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Rhode Island.

CINDY E. BLUSTEIN

Senior Manager
Client Support Services

Ms. Blustein is the Senior Manager of Client Support Services of Highlander Capital Management (HCM). She has 23 years of sales support and operations experience.

Ms. Blustein is directly responsible for all client inquiries and is the liaison between Highlander Capital Management, LLC's portfolio managers and Pershing's Client Services Group. Prior to joining HCM, Ms. Blustein was with Smith Barney, first as part of their Corporate Services Group specializing in Rule 144 transactions, and later as a Senior Registered Sales Assistant. Ms. Blustein is Operations Manager of Highlander Capital Group, Inc. Highlander Capital Group, Inc. is a FINRA registered Broker/Dealer and is a member and an affiliate of HCM.

Ms. Blustein has B.A. in Elementary Education with a minor in Business Administration from Wilkes University.

RICHARD K. MARTINO

Director

Mr. Martino is a Director of Highlander Capital Management (HCM). He has over 26 years of direct investment and portfolio management experience.

Mr. Martino is directly responsible for portfolio management and analyses on behalf of a wide range of clients. Prior to joining HCM, Mr. Martino held management positions with various regional brokerage firms including IDS/American Express. Mr. Martino is a Senior Vice President of sales and an employee of Highlander Capital Group, Inc. Highlander Capital Group is a FINRA registered Broker/Dealer and an affiliate of HCM.

Mr. Martino has a B.S. in Pharmacy with a minor in Business Administration from Long Island University.

JOHN J. KANE

Managing Director

Mr. Kane is a Managing Director of HCG and HCM. He has over 30 years in banking, institutional sales and investment management experience, with particular expertise in banking institutions.

Mr. Kane is directly responsible for portfolio management and analysis for a wide range of high net worth and institutional clients.

Mr. Kane began his career with J. Henry Schroder Bank from 1976 to 1991 when it was then known as IBJ Schroder Bank & Trust Company. His responsibilities over that tenure were in correspondent banking, capital market trading and treasury group.

In 1992 Mr. Kane joined MB&R, a FINRA member broker/dealer (through November 2006) and investment banking firm specializing in community banks and thrifts, with responsibilities that included institutional sales and trading and managing money for high net worth clients until 2007 when MB&R combined its brokerage and investment advisory business with HCG and HCM.

Mr. Kane graduated from St. Ambrose University with a B.A. in business and finance.

CHERI L. HARRIS

Senior Portfolio Manager

Ms. Harris is a Senior Portfolio Manager and Fixed Income Specialist of Highlander Capital Management (HCM). She has over 26 years of direct investment and trading experience.

Ms. Harris is directly responsible for portfolio management and analyses on behalf of a wide range of fixed-income accounts. Prior to joining HCM, Ms. Harris held various fixed income trading positions at Chemical Bank and E.F. Hutton. Ms. Harris is a Senior Vice President and Fixed Income Trader of Highlander Capital Group, Inc., a position she has held since 1989. Highlander Capital Group, Inc. is a FINRA registered Broker/Dealer and is a member and an affiliate of HCM.

Ms. Harris has a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Florida.
